President Prabowo Subianto delivered a briefing at the ‘National Conference of Indonesian Kadin Unity Consolidation’ held at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Mega Kuningan, Jakarta, on Thursday, 16 January 2025. This briefing followed the inauguration of Anindya Novyan Bakrie as Chairman of Kadin Indonesia for the 2024-2029 term and M. Arsjad Rasjid P.M. as Chairman of the Advisory Board of Kadin Indonesia for the same period. President Prabowo commended Kadin for emphasizing the importance of unity in facing global challenges and highlighted unity as crucial for Indonesia to navigate world competition. He reiterated the need for caution and collaboration among Indonesian entrepreneurs to enhance the nation’s prosperity, emphasizing the significance of fostering human resources with excellence and integrity. President Prabowo encouraged entrepreneurs to support government initiatives, including accelerating investment and promoting innovation across various sectors. Notable figures at the event included Minister of Investment and Downstream, Chairman of the Honorary Board of Kadin Indonesia Rosan Roeslani, and Cabinet Secretary Teddy Indra Wijaya, among others.
