Persib Bandung will face PSIS Semarang in the 26th week of the 2023/2024 BRI Liga 1 at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Soreang, Bandung Regency, on Tuesday (2/27/2024) night at 7:00 PM WIB.
In this match, the battle between Maung Bandung and Laskas Mahesa Jenar is predicted to be intense and fierce, as both teams are determined to earn three points after drawing in their previous matches.

Persib could only manage a 1-1 draw against Barito Putera, while PSIS Semarang also shared points with Dewa United with a similar score. Therefore, the meeting between the two teams is expected to be highly competitive.
Persib Bandung hopes to end their negative streak, as they have failed to win in their last five matches. Despite playing as the home team at Si Jalak Harupat Stadium, Soreang, Bandung Regency, instead of their main home ground, GBLA Stadium in Bandung City.
On the other hand, PSIS Semarang does not want to be displaced from their position in the current BRI Liga 1 standings. They are only one point ahead of Persib.
The team coached by Gilbert Agius is determined to maintain their second position in the Liga 1 standings this season. Currently, PSIS Semarang has collected 43 points from 25 matches.
Meanwhile, Persib is in third place with 42 points. They have a good chance of overtaking PSIS Semarang.
Persib coach, Bojan Hodak, emphasizes the importance of focus and fighting spirit more than ever for his team to secure three points and achieve second place in the standings.
“We still have a chance to reach second place and we will face direct opponents in the top four competition. If we win, we can move up to second place. Therefore, the players must fully focus on that,” Bojan said.
