JAKARTA RAYA – Fransiscus Go, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Hari Darmawan Corporation (HDC), stated that the company has taken various strategic measures to maintain and develop the business after the death of the owner six years ago.
Fransiscus Go also confirmed that HDC has settled all obligations to banks, vendors, employees, and third parties. He expressed gratitude that he has been able to fulfill his responsibilities well so far.
“Various strategic steps have been taken and implemented since the passing of HDC’s owner, Mr. Hari Darmawan, 6 years ago. Restructuring, asset disposal, and efficiency stages have been applied, and thankfully we have been able to fulfill these obligations,” said Frans during his busy schedule in Jakarta on Saturday (26/11/2023).

Furthermore, Frans urged all directors and active employees to continue caring for and managing the company’s remaining assets to ensure productivity and benefit the Hari Darmawan family.
“Now, I urge the board of directors and management to make efforts in managing the remaining assets with good work principles, synergizing to continue generating benefits for the heirs,” he added.
Meanwhile, Harianto Khoe, a Director of HDC’s business unit, mentioned that they will continue to oversee the team’s performance, especially during the lingering economic uncertainties caused by the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia over the past two years.
“We will continue to monitor the team’s performance and cautiously navigate the current economic situation, which has not fully recovered yet. We hope that all employees, wherever they are, under HDC, remain enthusiastic in managing and safeguarding the existing assets,” said Harianto.(hab)
